You couldn't bill my card, what should I do?

Was it for a Repeat Monthly Payment?

If you've been sent a message to say we couldn't charge your card for one of your repeat monthly payments, this usually means one of a few things:

  • Your bank declined the payment because of lack of funds.
  • Your bank declined the payment because it thinks it looks suspicious (yes, even if they're let previous payments go through!).
  • Your card has expired.

Our payment system will automatically try four times to take the payment over three weeks. You'll still have access to your course over that time. Contact your bank if you're unsure which of these reasons it was down to.

If you fix the issue, the payment will automatically go through next time - you don't need to contact us to let us know.

If it was due to an expired card, here's how to update your card info with a new card

Was it for a First Time Purchase?
