I need to change my payment card details

 

We don;t have access to payment card details for security reasons, so you will need to change this. 

IMPORTANT: Did you join with a debit/credit card including Apple/Google pay? Or did you join via Paypal? Choose the instructions below that fits your situation...

Option 1: I Paid Using a Credit/Debit Card or Apple/Google Pay

    • After logging in, click on your profile picture (or grey head and shoulders icon) in the top right corner of the page.
    • Then, select Settings from the dropdown.
    • Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.   
    • Click Update next to the currently listed credit card.
    • Complete the prompt to enter the updated card information.
    • Then, click Update Card to apply and keep the changes.

Option 2: I Paid Using Paypal

  • Check Payment Status: Log in to your Paypal account, go to Settings, click Payments, and select Manage Automatic Payments to see failed, outstanding, or canceled subscriptions.
  • Update Payment Method: Select the merchant and update the funding source (card or bank account).
  • Fix Common Reasons:
    • Insufficient Funds: Ensure your PayPal balance or linked bank account has enough funds.
    • Card Declined/Expired: Update expiration dates or change to a new card.
  • Retry Policy: PayPal typically retries 2 times every 5 days before marking the subscription as canceled.
